Well, my darling Molly is becoming quite the budding biologist. And of course the biologist in me is thrilled about this! Today she was pretending to be a doctor. She got all dressed up in her authentic Calgary hospital scrubs (thanks Aunt Nan) and gave me a thorough check-up. Right now she's really into knowing the names of her bones. So far we've talked about the ribs, skull, patella and femur.
And of course the naturalist in her continues to grow. She found a ladybug today and played with it for a half hour. She was so gentle and talked to it like it was a person. It was really adorable. When she tried to bring it in the house I had to draw the line. She was definitely sad when it had enough and flew away.
