It's fall... time for Apple Hill!

Well, the weather is FINALLY starting to cool down a little around here to the mid-70's (or 20C for the Canadian contingent). The nice cool mornings were beckoning me, so I planned a trip to Apple Hill with Steve's cousin Debbie and her son Brody. Molly was thrilled to make the trip. Garrett and Paige however were indifferent.

Of course no Apple Hill trip can be complete without the requisite pony ride. And Molly and Brody were happy to comply!

And of course, time was spent climbing mountains of pumpkins.

I think this is my favorite time of year and I just can't get enough of pumpkins and hay rides and hot apple cider. I'm sure this will be the first of many trips to Apple Hill and other pumpkin patches.

We drive up every year to visit Keivan's family and go to Apple Hill. We will be up there the weekend of the 24th to visit the pumpkins. So much fun! I agree with you that it is the best time of the year.

Great pics, Amy! I love this time of year and the weather has been absolutely amazing so far. We're actually getting the bright reds and oranges here - the colors that you would normally only see in Ontario. Lots of cold nights and hot days - love it!
