Our sweet Garrett has a TON of personality. He does everything big. If he's happy he's REALLY happy. If he's sad he's REALLY sad. And as the video shows below, if he's loud he's REALLY loud. He is also really into giving kisses right now (as seen in the video) and he just happens to think it's the funniest thing ever.
