Annual Christmas light tour...

Well, today was our 2nd annual Christmas light tour. This year we decided to hit up Dovewood Court, which is a cul-de-sac in this area that is apparently totally decked out. So I dressed the kids in their matching holiday jammies (complete with hats) and loaded them into the van. Our first task was getting hot chocolates at the drive-through.


The lights were pretty amazing. Every house had a "theme" and every single house was completely decked out. One person had even converted the inside of their garage into a Christmas toy fantasy land with rotating platforms and moving figures. Another person had a light show to music. I liked the gingerbread town.


And Molly's favorite was the Grinch Who Stole Christmas complete with "roast beast".


It was a fun time for our family! And considering everyone was feeling a little under the weather, it was the perfect excuse to get bundled up and drink hot chocolate! And of course it was a great excuse for me to dress the kids in cute matching outfits! :)
