Paige's dance class got to perform in the Littlest Nutcracker this Christmas as a Snowflake Fairy. She was very excited about her special performance, as were we all. Even Aunt Nancy and Uncle Fred joined us for the special evening.
Her classes costume was adorable, complete with white tutu, fairy wings and a crown. As you can tell she was just a LITTLE excited to get all dressed up!
And here she is with her teacher, Miss Alyssa. Paige adores her and she is so good with those little kids!
Paige was going to be the first one out, leading her entire class onto stage. I was a little worried about how that would go. But when she came out she was all smiles and practically prancing across the stage. Aren't they the cutest little fairies ever?
We felt that Garrett and Molly would be old enough to come and sit through the entire performance, and they did a great job. Molly really touched our hearts because her pure joy and excitement for her little sister. I think she was as excited to watch Paige, as Paige was to perform. In fact, before the show Molly dug her last five dollars out of her piggy bank to buy Paige some flowers. That five dollars she had been saving to get herself a new toy, but she decided to buy Paige some roses instead. It completely touched our heart.
Good job Paige! We're so proud of you! And we're so proud of you, Molly, for being such a kind and supportive sister!
