Our Easter Festivities...

Well, our Easter was fabulous! Molly woke up in the morning to discover that the Easter Bunny had indeed come to our house, eaten the carrots we left him, left baskets for all the kids, and hid eggs in our living room. The excitement didn't impress the twins much, but Molly was thrilled. We let her enjoy some chocolate eggs before I made a special breakfast for the family. You can just see the sugar high in that chocolately smile below...

Then we went to church and enjoyed the Easter service which include a cute children's presentation of the Easter story. After church Molly enjoyed her second egg hunt. Even the babies received stuffed bunnies from the Children's Ministry staff!

Afterwards, we had lunch and relaxed for a couple of hours before heading over to Aunt Nancy and Uncle Fred's house. Only in California is it warm enough to swim on Easter Sunday, so Steve and Molly took a dip in the pool to mark the beginning of pool season!

Molly had a fabulous time playing with her little cousins, and as always she and Brody bonded!

After a fabulous meal, the "big kids" put together ANOTHER egg hunt for the little ones. After three egg hunts Molly is now an expert. And the first thing she wanted when she woke up the next day? Chocolate eggs. We've created a monster.
