Well, Paige and Garrett are officially two months old. Every day I remind myself to stop and enjoy these moments because they grow so fast and we know that these are our last babies. They had their 2-month check up and were deemed healthy and happy. They also got their immunizations, and we were blessed with a wonderful nurse who helped me soothe them both afterward. I was a little worried about how I was going to calm two screaming babies so I was so thankful for that sweet, kind nurse. Kaiser is now doing the immunizations in the check-up room, which is SOOOOO nice because I didn't have to dress them and truck them both over to the immunization clinic.
Garrett has literally doubled in size since birth, which is pretty amazing. He was in the 13th-percentile for weight at 2 weeks old, and is now in the 90th-percentile at 13 lbs 10 oz and 23.5 inches long. But I suppose considering his father and grandpas are all 6'4", he was bound to be a big boy. And even Paige (my little bean) has grown in leaps and bounds considering she was in the 5th-percentile at two weeks old and is now 11 lb 6 oz and 22 inches long (66th-percentile).
